Dr. Tanya Bhayana is a comprehensive eye care provider dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered vision care. She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the New England College of Optometry in Boston, Massachusetts, and completed a rigorous ocular disease residency at Rochester Regional Health in Rochester, New York. There, she managed complex ocular conditions and provided emergency eye care through the emergency departments at Rochester General and affiliated hospitals.
Dr. Bhayana has extensive training in the diagnosis and management of retinal diseases, glaucoma, and anterior segment disorders. In addition to her clinical expertise, she served as a mentor and educator for optometry residents during her time at Rochester Regional Health.
She is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry (FAAO), a distinction that reflects her commitment to clinical excellence, ongoing education, and advancement of the profession.
