Making Appointments is necessary for the optometrists, but not for our dispensary or opticians. We can only give you limited advice, not optimum care, over the phone.
When booking appointments, let us know the reason of the visit to allow us to book you sufficient time. Is it for a routine examination? Update a prescription? For a contact lens problem? Do you need forms completed for a driver or pilot’s license? Or was the appointment requested by your optometrist as a follow up for a specific problem or special test?
We are usually able to accommodate emergency visits the same day. Please call us in advance to try to reduce waiting time for you and our previously scheduled patients.
